Mitchell Robinson's shooting clips are back, but history says the Celtics will be let down just like the Knicks were for eight years.

The most shocking change at White Sulphur Springs has nothing to do with the plays on the field. For the first time in recent memory, the New York Giants will not allow anyone to post live updates while the team practices. This quiet shift marks a major break from how fans usually follow the team during these long summer days in West Virginia. According to Big Blue View, the organization has strictly barred live tweeting during the workouts, a move that leaves supporters in the dark until the session ends.

This restriction comes just as the team prepares for its fourth practice on Saturday. The squad heads to the Greenbrier Sports Performance Center for a two-hour, unpadded session starting at 1:30 p.m. ET. Fans who expect instant play-by-play or quick photos will have to wait. Big Blue View reported that reporters will post pre-practice videos and photos if possible, but actual footage and detailed information will only arrive once the team clears the field. It forces everyone to wait for the full report rather than getting snippets in real time.

Nabers Back in the Mix

While the media blackout creates tension, the biggest story involves the team’s top rookie receiver. Malik Nabers is expected to return to practice on Saturday after taking Friday off. Jordan Raanan noted on social media that the team has a specific plan for Nabers, who is recovering from two knee surgeries. John Harbaugh, the head coach, confirmed that Nabers was fine on Friday, giving hope that the young star is ready to work.

Nabers only worked the first two days of camp before getting this extra day of rest. His return is critical because the offense needs his speed to fix the rhythm issues that plagued the first three days. In each of the first three practices, Kayvon Thibodeaux has executed a significant play, and the team wants to know whether he can achieve a fourth consecutive success. The defensive end has been a bright spot, but the offense must find its footing without constant penalties.

Offense Struggles with False Starts

The first-team offense has been struggling with false start penalties throughout the first three days of camp. These errors have been numerous and costly for the unit. After one late penalty during Friday’s practice, the entire first-team offense was pulled off the field. Head coach John Harbaugh refused to admit that he pulled them off, but the visual evidence made it clear that the team needed a reset. The offense must be false start-free on Saturday if it wants to show real progress.

The schedule for the rest of the week is packed with six straight practices before the team returns to East Rutherford. Sunday serves as the only off day for the players during this West Virginia trip. The following days include practices from Monday through Friday, with some sessions open to the public. Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday are all open to fans starting at 1:30 p.m., while Saturday morning on August 8 offers a final chance to see the team before they head home. The Giants need to fix their mental errors quickly as the preseason games approach.

The Road Ahead

The combination of a media blackout and a recovering star creates a unique atmosphere for this camp. The team seems focused on internal discipline rather than external noise. With the offense struggling to stay on the field and the defense making key plays, the margin for error is slim. The Giants must turn these practice days into real game readiness before the public sees them in action again. If the false starts continue, the coaching staff will have no choice but to make more drastic changes to the lineup.
